Onzo has built its products and services so that they can leverage existing infrastructure. This enables utility companies to act before Smart Metering infrastructure is rolled out but in a way that doesn't duplicate costs.

Consumers' existing 'dumb' meters can be complemented by Onzo's clip-on sensors. These are self-powered, can be fitted by the consumer, and do not require the consumer to install or change batteries.
