The Onzo smart energy kit
Onzo's smart energy kit provides a powerful energy management tool for the consumer. It consists of a sensor, display and integrated website. The display interprets and delivers simple actionable information to users in real-time, empowering them to make positive decisions about how they use energy. The display can be connected to a home computer to upload data to the website via the internet.

Display & sensor
With an easy to use interface, Onzo's display delivers carefully considered information that helps users understand and take control of their energy. Its size, weight and versatile positioning give consumers the freedom to use it how and where they choose, whether it be as a portable device for investigating the impact of their energy behaviour, or as a fixture on the fridge, pin board, wall or stood on any surface! It's not about putting a meter in people's living room, it's part of an effective lifestyle choice.

The self-charging sensor, which allows Onzo displays to be used before smart meter roll out, stores and wirelessly transmits an industry-leading resolution of data. Designed for easy user-installation to the cable from the electricity meter, it measures current and power factor to deliver what we believe is the most accurate information available from easy to install devices.
Easy to use
Good design is where intelligence meets simplicity. Onzo has worked extensively with consumers and utilities to ensure easy and intuitive set up and use of the smart energy kit.

Sustainability
Part of Onzo's mission is to help consumers and utilities reduce their overall carbon footprint. All Onzo devices are designed to be energy-efficient during their lifespan and for disassembly into constituent materials for recycling. For example, our products are designed to fit through standard home postboxes. This means that distribution is efficient, and at the end of their life they can easily be posted back for recycling, just like print cartridges or mobile phones.
